Shipping is FREE on all orders over £50 in one transaction store-wide to anywhere in the UK. Otherwise, there is a £5 shipping charge for all other orders. Our orders are sent fast, so you receive your gear as quickly as possible!

DOMESTIC DELIVERIES

Delivery times are as follows:

2-3 business days from the shipping date.

Remote areas: approx. 5 business days from the shipping date.

We use a variety of couriers depending on the size of the packages. Depending on stock availability, we aim to ship orders within 1-3 days of placing them. We’ll let you know if there’s any delay.

Please use a 9 am-5 pm street or business delivery address rather than a PO Box for boardcovers, luggage and other large items.

All deliveries are dispatched by default 'Authority to Leave - no signature required'.

If you are uncomfortable leaving your package unattended, please enter instructions in the 'Order Note' section. If the courier attempts to deliver and no one is available to sign for the delivery and there are no delivery instructions, the courier will leave a card notifying you that the parcel has been taken back to the nearest depot; you are then required to and responsible for the collecting of the order.

You can nominate a place for our courier to leave the package (e.g., the back veranda). These details should be entered in the Cart in the 'Order Note' shipping section. 

NOTE: we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen goods.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We cannot be consistent with our tracking details as we ship with different couriers. However, in most cases, you will receive tracking details by text or email once we have printed the shipping label.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We cannot ship internationally.
